Dr. Macias is a very warm & compassionate doctor who knows what he is doing. He made me feel that he has enough time for me--explaining about my illness and the best possible solution for it. His staff members are all courteous and friendly.

The staff makes fun of you and your condition in the hallways and they cant seem to pinpoint their prices. One time its 46 bucks next its 76 bucks next its 112. For the same visit. No explanation. Billing staff is rude and unsympathetic, unwilling to help. The faciltiy looks nice and the front staff is nice but good luck ppl.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Super clean office. Doctors are very knowledgeable.

My acne is practically gone. Minus a few acne scars from the past, and occasional breakouts. But my face is so perfect. Like I'm so thankful for knowing Dr.Macias. Kind hearted and always willing to help. His office gets REALLY busy And appointments get delayed hours. But he's great.
