I've been going there for nearly 10, and never had any issues. Excellent staff, always polite, very clean shop. My nails look beautiful, no lifting and no fungus - not in all the years I've been going there. Simply the best!

The staff is friendly and always kind. Not always able to do styles you request but I appreciate the honesty rather than them butchering it. I usually give them free reign of designs and I've loved them all so far.

I love coming here! The staff is always sweet and professional. They always do a wonderful job when I go for manis, pedis and eye brow waxing. I've been to other salons but I feel most comfortable here! :)

I took my daughter to get her nails filled here. They ripped her acrylic nails off and charged me for a full set. The tech was rude to my daughter and blamed her that she didn't come in sooner. They also neglected to fill in and left a large gap between cuticle and fill line. Even with the convenient location we will NOT be going back.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!! this woman was moving my face gets in uncomfortable position that i was not pleased with and she criticized me for not getting my nails done after 2-3 weeks!! i will no longer be attending J. R. nail salon
