I've been a resident of Parker Hilltop Apartments for some time now and love the community. Love the amenities. The staff always greets me with a warm smile and a helpful attitude. At first, I was unsure about living in an apartment community but I have been so happy and pleased with my experience here, I couldn't imagine being anywhere else. I love this community and the staff. The very best experience I've ever had, hands down! Keep up the great work and know that you're making a difference in my life.

The reviews are typically left by negative people and office staff did above and beyond to help me move in easily and saved me money by looking for discounts through my work. They are not perfect not are their tenants but they are first to apologize and they mean it. Very good place to live and the flipping apartments itself is beautiful

UPDATE: I have finally moved out and of course, I am no more impressed then I was 9 months ago when I gave my review the first time. Upon moving out, the community manager was nice enough to allow me an extra 30 days to pay my lease break fee. Given the BS I had dealt with while living here, it is the least they could do. I moved out the end of July. I never received a final bill and actually had to ask them for it on August 31. Now, 11 days later, I am receiving an email threatening to send me to a collection agency with a final bill that does not even include the credit for my lease break fee that I have already paid. PLEASE, go rent somewhere else. In 20 years of renting both privately and corporately I have never been so disappointed. I have lived here for 2.5 years now out of convenience and the cost of living. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. They go through maintenance guys and supervisors like most people go through toilet paper. The thing is, none of them really care. It takes 2-5 days and multiple calls to get anything repaired or replaced. Plus, if it is "working" even though it is broken, it will not be replaced. The attitude that you receive from the employees here is so ridiculous. They are dismissive and uncaring. There is a good chance that when you ask a question in the office you will be given the answer "I don't know." With all the new apartment complexes going up in Parker, this is the LAST place I would choose now!

From the moment we inquired about our appt Annie made us feel like we were already residents. So I'm waiting for the newness to wear off when all of a sudden we are invited to a Pool Party that provides good food, good people, & of course an Awesome Annie! So what happens when Annie isn't around? :( Joe takes the ball & runs with it. He to just happens to be AMAZING! Some other honorable mentions Shelly & Silvia!!! I can't say enough about the lost art of Customer Service & Satisfaction. This place has it!!!

All the staff and maintenance are great! They get my work orders completed quickly. When I dont understand everyone helps out. I really appreciate it!
