Rolando is awesome!! I have been coming to him for years, and he is great at picking the right color mixtures for your hair, for a natural look. Great personality. No one touches my hair but him! 😉

Shane Amirault is amazing!!! He puts my nerves at ease with his detailed conversation about what my hair can do, the desired outcome, and the steps needed to get there plus maintenance for after. He gives me the most blended natural ash hilights on my naturally medium warm brown hair to where, when my aunt did my updo for the wedding she was constantly complementing Shane on what an amazing job he has done. She trained under Jose Eber in Dallas in the 80s and 90s and now works as a stylist in Oklahoma city so, she knows good hair when she sees it. Shane is so polite but not in that butt kissing way that can get super annoying, more like seeing a close friend again. Shane has a loyal client for life in me, I'd fly to this man if I had to!!!

I feel as if I have to post this to warn others. I had my hair done by Shane, and I still want to cry every time I look at my hair. Shane is a nice enough man, but spends a lot of time talking about others he works with and his personal life which made me a bit uncomfortable - but the major problem I had was the color job he did. I was suppose to be getting balayage, which he suggested as it would look more natural. I stressed to him a million and one times how it had to look natural and not to go to light. When I arrived at the salon, expecting to discuss the color with him he had already made a color and just started applying it? I literally had no specific say in what the final color was or to approve it. I really tried to be an easy client but when we got done with that process and were about to start the cut I confronted him about my hair being BLUE- he said oh it really isn't blue but if you think it looks blue you won't notice when it's dry. I was suppose to be getting a full haircut afterwards but instead he spent two or so minutes cutting my hair, blow dried ONE small section of my hair and then basically wanted me to leave as it was late. He requested I paid and tipped him very early in the session as the "register needed to be closed" but ironically it was "open again" when he wanted me to buy hair products. I texted him the next day saying how unhappy I was and how it looked really bad and he just said "call the office" he was not apologetic and acted very rude. I went back the next day and Julia tried to fix it, however it was so damaged from the night before it still is awful. (an improvement to what shane had done) but still.....so so awful. I wish I had their corporate contact to bring up Shane's behavior. Everyone makes mistakes and I understand that, but he was so nonchalant about how upset he had made me and took no responsibility and offered no help. Please just take the extra time and go to a true salon that will do right to your hair. (Should've been a warning sign I guess when Shane continuously told me bad stories about clients he had worked on)
