I have gotten three haircuts here now and have really loved my experience with Andrea. She does a fantastic job and goes the extra mile to take care of you. Bonus points for letting them bring my little dog in with me :)

Rude staff. I walked in and asked how long the wait is and was just told try tomorrow they only have one stylist today. I'm guessing they had a lot of appointments.

The staff were very nice, facilities also clean. However, I did not get the haircut I asked for, and it took 2 1/2 hours for them to cut it so it wasn't choppy. The stylist, although very friendly, explained to me she didn't know how to cut and work with thick hair, which was why she couldn't get it right. I won't be going back.
