They have yet to disappoint! I absolutely love it here!! Love the customer service and looove the work. I give them the color and shape I want and the rest is ALL the artist and that's when they do their best!! Almost time for a fill and I cannot wait!!

This place would have 5 stars if all of the staff acted polite and as professionally as Tammy. I only continue to come here only specifically for Tammy. Today I had the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon and if it wasn’t for Tammy for taking care of the situation at hand, it would have been my last day of service here. I spend a lot of money here for all their services, eyebrow wax, pedis with shellac and their Acrylics/Dip Power Services. Unfortunately today my manicure service was with a very unprofessional individual named Tommy. I kept asking politely if he can make sure all the nails looked the same as their counterpart because that’s one of my biggest issues before leaving the salon, the nails looking unalike. Today I only needed a refill, same design, no change, easy right? I guess not for Tommy. Tammy had to jump in to fix what he couldn’t and in doing so shoved my arm so hard out of his station that I hit my chest. I was so in shock and I’ve never had this happened before at any nail salon. I didn’t yell nor tried to argue with him, I just simply waited till I was cashed out to let Tammy know what happened. My star rating for EZ nails used to be at a 5/5 all across, even on some days where I didn’t feel completely satisfied but I mean we are human, nothing can be perfect. However that being said, if you are in this line of work and get easily frustrated with a client who is trying to explain what they want but still not understanding to the point of becoming frustrated, and physical/abusive? That’s not okay. I’m still honestly on the fence on ever coming back, but I do appreciate Tammy for listening to me and my concerns and even apologized and gave me a discount on my refill set. Unfortunately, overall today’s experience has really made me second guess if I should continue recommending Ez Nails to my friends and family if this is the kind of behavior that will become a norm from now on. Again, thank you Tammy for your efforts to try to fix my nails and speaking to Tommy about his actions. I hope he understands what he did was very unprofessional and I really hope this does not happened to anyone else in the future. TLDR; Tommy T. is absolutely rude, 0/5 stars. Tammy 10/10 stars for being the most professional and kind owner I’ve ever met, eZ Nails as a whole from today’s experience 3/5.

Very friendly and they give awesome pedicures. They take appointments and walk ins and offer you drinks. They are good at sanitizing as well
