I've been in twice in the last few months for pedicures and I think it is well worth it. Not only do they give the "basic pedicure" they go the extra mile and do a short hot stone massage as well as paraffin wax on the heel. Great service!!

I will not be going back. I went for a refill and the lady sanded down the acrylic until she basically burned my nail beds. It was extremely painful. On top of that, she didn't even refill the acrylic to the cuticle so it looks like it did after a week of growth... When I mentioned it to her, she basically shrugged her shoulders, painted, and sent me on my way. Very disappointed.

I am only giving them one star because I can't give them negatives !!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!! I walked in and asked for their $35 special mani pedi and they chose to give me another special WITHOUT CONSULTING ME!!!!! At the end they tried to get me to pay $78 instead of the $35 special ! I spoke with the lady who serviced me and we came to a resolution that I would pay the $49 (16 for my full set, $5 for my gel polish and $28 for the pedicure) IVE NEVER PAID SO MUCH FOR A PEDICURE but to keep the peace I told her alright and that is never come back again. She then told me that when she asked I said yes (Although that was a lie. I came in seeing the $35 sign and made up my mind that was all that I wanted to spend) I tried to remain calm until another lady who had just entered (another worker) began yelling at me saying that I had to pay the $78 even though the lady who did my nails and feet said that it was her mistake. I asked to see their brochure and the lady who serviced me handed me one seeing that her calculations of the $49 for my nails and feet were correct I told her I would pay it and nothing more. The next lady who had just come in to work tried to take my card saying I had no choice but to pay the $78 ! I snatched my card and called the police and she conveniently "lost" my receipt stating that the servicing was $49 total. The officer who'd came understood where I was coming from and wanted a peaceful resolution, I ended up having to pay $50 and I will NEVER EVER go back to their DISGUSTING BUSINESS ! The craziest part is after I called the police to get an office down there I had to open google maps for the directions and that is when I noticed I walked into the wrong nail salon ! I was looking for "Gel nails" apparently they're in the same complex so to my fellow ladies BEWARE! Below I will post what they consider "Coffin nails" !!!!!!! #SoAngry
