I am a current student here and it is wonderful what these teachers do for me. I have not had a great time since starting being pregnant and having just a lot going on this past year due to some personal stuff and they have pushed to help me everyday they can and I am very thankful for their help and even tho I have a lot going on with 3 kids of my own they continue to believe in me. Also please remember when coming here to get a cut or color we are a school. We are learning, so if we make a mistake it isn’t on purpose. I see some of the below comments and want to say that every hairdresser has made mistakes and we will do whatever to fix what we mess up. Though I will say all of us here work very hard and we have great students on the floor And wonderful teachers who push
Us to be the best we can be ! No school is perfect and no person is perfect but I promise we all put 100% into making all of our clients happy and will do whatever we can to get you exactly what you want :) NESHD is wonderful!

Wonderful.. I had made an appointment because I wanted my hair highlighted but did not have enough money for local salon prices.My greeting was very friendly and warm. The young woman, Nicole -I think (memory is bad), who did my hair was great! She had personality, humor and did a beautiful job on my hair. Granted they were a little nervous coloring my purple with the highlights, but it turned out lovely with warm colors and hints of blonde. It has 4 colors and looks fantastic. Look if you don't like the color Change it and if your don't like the style- give it a couple of weeks- it starts growing out Or go shorter!! I love it..... Will be going back!!

My hairdresser, Haley Dixon, was the best hairdresser I have ever had. She did highlighting and a cut, and I received endless compliments on how wonderful my hair looked.
