This is a fabulous salon! Everybody is SO kind and SO friendly! From the first phone call to the sitting in the chair to the showing off my hair to my I love my hair cut and color! Lily did a lovely job working with my frazzled hair. The conditioner and oil treatments she recommended have really worked to restore vitality to my hair. It is very rare to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience in a salon, but have to say, this place is top notch!!
Thank you ladies and I will be seeing you soon for great conversation and much needed TLC for self!!

Overpriced for a simple haircut. Wasn’t about cutting skills more trying to sell you on their other hair products. People were nice but would not return since price doesn’t equivalent to the cut/recommendations I got. Will be fixing my hair somewhere else.

Lily did an incredible job on my hair! I have really curly hair that was looking super drab and needed some layers (without the effect of an afro). She blew me away. Best hair cut I've had in years.

Every member of the staff you come across, no matter how small the interaction, will be a pleasant one. Every single stylist, assistant and font desk receptionist seem to work together here to make this place great. I've recently experienced a devastating "hair-tastrophe" as I travel for work and usually bounce around various salons in other cities, but as a Chicago resident I will now call this salon home!

My visit to the hair loft was the best visit to a hair salon in my life! I was extremely satisfied with both the skills and the courtesy in which Erin styled my hair.
