I have been going to salon for 10 years...and have always been a very loyal and understanding customer. I usually walk in and am warned if it’s an excessive wait so I can choose to wait or come another day... today NO ONE COMMUNICATED with me when I arrived, and not until another customer asked how much longer did they express that the person taking walking was now taking appointments instead due to the excessive amount of appointments they had booked! I was really upset and left immediately...It’s really sad that after a decade of loyalty and thousands of dollars that I have to find another place, it was truly unacceptable and rude to not at least give the walk ins a heads up about the wait...never going back.

Very happy with my nails!!! Had a great conversation with my nail tech. Very friendly and fast which I love. Great job. Happy I found my new spot!!
