Hoping for better service if I choose to go back there. Took my two daughters an me. My youngest nail paint came off two hours after they were painted. My oldest daughter got a full set. Was her first time. I got a full set. The man hurt me an my daughter continuously with the drill. We were given the cheap stuff even thou I asked for the expensive stuff. I showed the man the acrylic I an my daughter wanted an he put wrong acrylic on there. Cut my nails extremely to short so I had to get them shaped differently than I wanted so they would still look like they had length. Nails are supposed to be stiletto but kinda crooked. Also on my daughters they missed places that was supposed to be painted. My youngest daughters paint literally just fell right off. Tina did do amazing nail art thou. Tina is the best. If I do go back she is the only one I will let touch my nails or my daughter. I will review again if I do go back.

Love Ocean Nails Tina is the best. I've been to a lot of nail salons over the past twenty years, by far this is the best place ever. .

I really debated on if I should write this review but after a couple of visits to Ocean nails in Hixson TN I feel it is nessary. Ocean nails customer service is very disrespectful to African American womem and other ethnic people. I notice on my last visit how Tina was very hateful to African American people. I thought maybe she is in a bad mood when I first noticed it but then I start to notice that she was all smiles and had a lot of conversation to white people. I also notice how Tina did not speak to this African American older lady who greeted her kindly and when a the young white lady came in she greeted her but never greet any of the African American women but she took our money and rolled her eyes. I will not go back to her place of business. I feel ever person should be treated with the same dignty and respect exspecially if you spend your money with that particular business. So if you go to Ocean nails take notice how she treats black women and then notice how she treats white women. I have saw this for myself on several occasions but I wanted to make sure I was seeing what I thought I saw. I don't care how good you are you don't treat people like that. There are far better nail techs who has good customer service and treat everyone with respect.

Yall need to get some stuff in stock cause baby these nails breaking is in i slick think yall doing them wrong n if yall see this need to give my next visit it need to be free
