We were in Orlando for a quick shopping spree at the outlets... and we Google this place.. great reviews.. so let's give it a shot.... and YES is amazing... excellent customer service.... good prices...very clean... recommended !!!

I always recommend iLove Nails to everyone! I have been coming here for about 4 years since I moved to the area and I bring a new person to get them hooked every time that I come!
The quick and on time service gets you in and out in a timely manner while also providing the best service!
The only place I go to get my eyebrows waxed and the only people I will trust around them.
I’m a working entertainer so I have to look my best at all times and they keep me looking better than I did before I came in!

I would most certainly return here, the facility is cleans and the tools are sanitary. They pay attention to what they are doing and they do good work at a decent price. The techs were very nice and the chairs were comfortable.

They did a really great job. I got my nails done twice in the last month. I will be going back on the regular, I really like spoiling myself like this! Can't wait for my pedicure in two week!

In the last month (May 18') it seems the ownership has changed and I would never return.
This is the place I normally get my gel manicure done, the gentleman that usually did them left. Which left me with rude and unpleasant women.
When my mother and I walked in, not a single staff member, there were five of them there, moved. After an awkward amount of time, I was rudely motioned over. To sit in front of a woman who was knitting. She didn't look up at me and didn't stop knitting, said pick a colour rudely. I asked for help in matching my previous colour, she processed to scold me repeatedly and endlessly for not knowing my colour, all the while still knitting.
She became so aggressive, I didn't even want her to touch me or my mother and we left straight away.
I am not going to pay someone to scold me or to make me feel as though I distributed her knitting, perhaps it's a new branch of their business, but I doubt it. Completely unacceptable, I miss the old ownership and treatment.
