Upon our arrival the scenery and property looked amazing.. Now I was treating my daughter and I for a spa day, we're new to the area and wanted to find our spa where we would be regulars.. I have been all over and visited many Spa's, I love to enjoy the amenities and the relaxation of my stay..However once we arrived to this spa area we were not impressed. There was not much privacy, the area they portrayed to be the relaxation room was not very relaxing nor was the seating area in the hot tub very appealing or comfortable. The air conditioning was a bit too cold for us to even enjoy most areas especially now since its winter time. The robes are old and have been worn to the point of where they are torn and frail. If you ask me this is the worst spa we have been to and we haven't even had our massages yet. We usually spend a whole day at the spa and after a hour we are not quite willing to stay any longer. For the price I have payed it is not worth it. SPA UPGRADE NEEDED!!!!

Beautiful resort! We were gifted an upgrade to a room at the club level (Aviator's Landing). The room was very clean and beautifully decorated for our anniversary! The views from the balcony were wonderful! Bed was comfortable but the room got hot at night despite the temperature being set at 68F with the fan ON, as a result we didn't get great sleep despite the very comfortable bed. We were very disappointed that there was no continental breakfast available, as they were running late (an isolated event according to the staff). We decided not to wait as it had already been 30+ minutes of delay, therefore cannot comment on the food. Coffee was good. Cecil at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Valet staff were professional and prompt!

Gorgeous resort with lots to do. Multiple pools, water slides, golfing, walking paths, and more. There are ample indoor activities as well such as movie areas, pool, air hockey and more. I visited for a work conference which went very well. The catered food was very good and the staff was great. I will definitely be coming back with my family.

Had the pleasure of staying several times at the Woodlands for company events. The venue is highly suitable for this with one big conference hall and an abundance of medium sized and smaller rooms. The associated resort has high quality rooms and a lovely poolside. Be prepared to do a little walking on site, since it is a sprawling and expansive facility. Although there are also buggies. The only remark could be that it is a bit remote from the city action. But that is perhaps the idea of a few days in the green.

This was a wonderful place to have our wedding reception. Jessica was great at handling the details and the staff was very helpful. It is also very nice that the food and linens were included in the cost, which saved us from having to organize those venders. Overall, everyone was very happy with the location and I would recommend it to others.
