I'm not sure why all the negative remarks. It's a very nice clean place. The staff was friendly and I received a very good pedicure. I'll go back.

I have been a patron here for a long time. I always see Julia ( she detailed-absolutely amazing!) Recently she was off for a bit and I had to use someone else. I was anxious but pleasantly suprised and the service I received from Annie. She did a great job! It’s nice to know if Julia is out I have someone else to cover. Tony always does a great job on my pedicure!

This place is awful. I got a tech named Tony - he should never be allowed to do a gel manicure. He was shaky and got polish all over my cuticles and the attempt at “filing” was laughable. He was nice enough but he had just absolutely no idea what he was doing.
I showed the man at the front desk and he said he would just charge for a regular manicure. The gel manicure was supposed to be $35 (waaaaay over priced), but he charged me $16. I’m still upset I even paid at all.
Stay away from the gel manicures. My mother got a lovely nexgen dip from her manicurist, Kathy - but after my personal experience, I would never go back.

Very pleased with Castle nails. Julia does a fantastic job on my nails. I can go 3 weeks without getting a fill. I have never had a broken or chipped nail in the 9 months I have been going. Excellent customer service!

I usually go to the Castle Nails on Custer but thought I would try this one today due to being short on time & it is closer. Im so glad I did! I had Leo and he was awesome - so much so I will ask for him again. The environment was very clean, professional and relaxing. I will definitely be going back!
