If I could leave zero I would leave zero stars. Horrible customer service. Rude owner. I used to come here when previous owner open this place. It used to be a great customer service than it's NOW. Its horrible NOW. Horrible work, service, and owner. Don't even know how to talk to his customers. Guaranty they won't last long. If you want great service take your money somewhere else.

SOMETHING IMPORTANT PLEASE READ within seconds after stepping into this salon you are immediately greeted by the owner shlepping his way towards you with his incredibly disingenuous facial expressions. as if that weren't a terrible first impression. the owner then proceeds to pry very personal information from you. like what you do for a living, and where do you live and even he will try to find out your monthly expenses! The owner is unscrupulous and DEMANDS more tips money for services rendered that should be included in the original quoted price. Tips are meant to be voluntary on satisfaction of services. Not a requirement. The place is under staffed and workers are unhappy so much the owner demands the customer to pay every employee a tip. INTENTIONALLY THEY HAVE MULTIPLE PEOPLE RENDERING THE SERVICES JUST TO RECEIVE MORE TIPS. I’m a long time customer there and have purchased multiple gift certificate for family members as well. But this sort of behavior needs to be called out upon and recognized.

Amazing place, workers are really friendly! The recommend what they think is best, but you are not forced to do anything you don’t want. While you are drying your nails you get a 5 min massage for free. Clean environment! Best experience. You will leave there wanting to give tips cause they honestly deserve it!

My experience with them was really good! I went for a gel mani and the results were excellent. Very friendly manicurist!
