I got my nails done around 7:30pm last night. Within 12 hours, I woke up this morning to find not only has my gel chipped and scratched me across the face, but they didn't even do my "rockstar" gel all the way down to the cuticle, which they incorrectly upcharged me for (usually $15 for all for all fingers. I got two fingers. 2/10 fingers = 1/5 of the price. 1/5 of 15 is $3, not $5. Which they repeated again for my toes). It was odd that my feet were barely in the little pedicure tub which is apart of the spa experience. If you're going to walk out spending $100, not even getting fake nails or anything crazy, you should expect a spa experience. They rubbed my feet and hands for maybe 20 seconds tops. Then when I was going to tip them just to be polite, I couldn't even tip from my card. I had to venmo them which was another hassle in itself to get it to go through as I had to tip each person through their personal venmo account which became another 15 minute ordeal.

I came in as a walk in, was sat down immediately. I got the deep powder they recommended because I was looking into regular prefer. They suggested the deep powder because it is non abrasive to your nails and is organically made, therefore there is no burn on your cuticles. I finished off with a chrome coay and it's very beautiful! Definitely plan on going back.

Good place but I was knicked a little closely on my big toe and the pedicurest did not say anything
