Sarah is great! She recently moved to a new location--her own shop now! So happy for her and love her designs and choices of nail polish! She is the sweetest and will help you figure out what design you want. She's all about customer service and making her customers happy! Appointments are a must as she gets booked pretty fast.

Recently went for the first time for a manicure. The front desk manager was EXTREMELY rude, I had 4 different people work on my nails, and when asking questions/help since it was my first time - the nail technician would leave immediately. I had a wonderful lady help me by the name of Emily in the end, who did a great job. Although, I observed the “manager” interact with several guest and certain prejudices were very apparent which was sad. I tipped 60% the cost of my service as a reminder to the staff on judgement and customer service. Will never go back to this location.

Typically pleased but a new staff member ripped the skin off my face. Lips and eyebrows - absolutely horrifying.
