I do not know what is going on with this place but customer service is lacking and quality is as well. I am not returning. Burnt my sisters finger until it was bleeding and didn’t have antiseptic to put on it. Her set of nails were shaped like a 5 year old did her nails. When complained and told to come back to fix it, she was charged again. Its a shame because when I first came here It wasn’t like this with the ladies but the two gentlemen working there definitely need to work on their skills. The reason a continued to come here over other places is because the ladies are kind, can smile and therefore I can relax and enjoy myself. Nothing worse than sitting in a nail shop where no one speaks English and everyone is frowning or uptight. More than 20 nail shops in 5 mile radius. I have been getting my nails done for almost 30 years.

Well where to start. Nice atmosphere but I pay 92 dollars. Thinking I’m getting gel nails that I paid for. But then.one of my nails break where he put it on then my toenail pops off where he filled it. So I come black in only to find out they are acrylic nails that don’t last but again not what I paid for. So they felt good over charging me and not giving the gel nails I pd for that last for my job. Just wow. What a rip off place

I’ve been going here every month since January, and I love it, as well as my mom and my sister. All three of us get the dip powder and we all love it because it wears so well! I’m pretty rough with my hands and I’ve never had any problems.
The staff is very friendly, the salon is beautifully decorated and very clean. I really don’t understand the negative reviews about miscommunications and bad services.
I was hesitant at first because of the outside of the salon and the places that surround it, but I’m so glad we gave it a shot!

Very pleasant and peaceful environment. My experience at the nail shop was five stars, the staff were so nice and took pride in their work. The nail shop is so pretty and very clean. I definitely recommend this shop.

Went to this Salon because of great reviews..I was treated so kindly by all the Staff..especially Kevin, he's the man you want to see! Great job on my nails! Also got 3D flowers on my nails..awesome! I love them I have gotten many compliments on them! Thank you Kevin & the group..I'll see y'all soon again!
