I had Pricilla. And some pretty obscure requests, to get into a summer haircut, but also still have the ability to get it all up into a pony tail. With the added bonus of short obnoxious chunks of hair that my kitten chewed off, and a cowlick that is pretty set on it's ways. All without making it look like a mullet. She was very caring of my requests and was a blast to chit chat with.

Who ever was at the desk today 6/1 @ 3:45pm could not have been more rude. Up until today I have not had any issues. Walked in for a quick hair cut for my 16yr old son and was told "we close at 4." Shouldn't you still accept patrons until 4? We still had 13 min on her clock. She said No. And that was it. We walked out. I won't ever go there again. You just lost 3 customers

Usually a good experience. Not so much this time. Charged $ 50 for a regular french braid on friends hair that loosened up right away. And I was trying to figure out a hairdo for me to wear three weeks from now. My girl just told me she didn't think things would work. Never attempted to try anything... So I got a trim instead... Also had a lip wax and discovered quite a few missed hairs. When all was said and done the bill was over $ 70... And the only thing worth the money was the trims we got.....

Stopped in on a whim to get my 8 yr old daughter's bangs and ends trimmed. She had been sick and I thought it would be a nice treat. Though we waited 20 min past our apt, we were glad to get it done. Priscilla, the "stylist", couldn't find the best way to seat my daughter so she told her she would have to stand. (Are you kidding me, I thought?). She asked my daughter, who has long fine hair if she brushed it today. No. We left home on a hot sticky day, brushing hair was on the bottom of the priority list. She proceeded to start brushing straight down, pulling each snarl to the end. I quickly checked in with my daughter, since I could see by the third stroke she was obviously hurting her. My daughter was crying! That woman took no care in brushing and had obviously gotten her license from a fake institution! She looked at me surprised when I grabbed the brush and told her we were done. I am still so ANGRY that she showed no knowledge of brushing a child's hair and HURT my daughter. Priscilla, if you read this "YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS DOING WHAT YOU DO! YOU ARE AN INCOMPETENT NINNY AND I HOPE YOU ARE SEVERELY REPRIMANDED FOR THE COMPLETE ABSENCE OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF YOUR JOB "!
