NEVER EVER EVER GO HERE. I got my eyelashes done for vacation, they fell off the 2nd day. I go back and get my lashes done by TITI when I return. 2 days later, they fell off like nothing. I go back after the 2 days, she does them over. They FALL OFF AGAIN AFTER 1 DAY!! I ask the manager, Jennifer for a refund she says she’ll never ever give a refund. I’ve had my lashes done before at other places and IVE NEVER seen anything like this before. Horrible customer service! The only good one in there is the man that does nails. Everyone else is some trash. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Waited 15mins for someone to say something to me. Then sat in the pedicure chair with room temperature water for 30 mins waiting for service. During this time no one said anything to me. There's no sign showing prices. No one checks up on you while you just sit in a chair for 30 minutes with any update on how long I will be waiting. I left without any type of service. Not enough workers. Not interested in returning and definitely don't recommend.. Almost an hour wasted for nothing.

Worst service I ever gotten in my life first off I waited forever for someone to come do my feet then I get the oldest lady there which wasn’t a problem until she burned my toe with the drill cut off my pinky nail which felt like she cut my whole foot off then scraped one of my foots until I felt like it was about to bleed …. On top of that she applied so much acrylic to my toes and kept looking at her fellow nail tech as if she needed help I then had to stop cause after that my toe was hurting so bad i didn’t even want to get any polish.

They are nice but it’s certain techs that I would not let do my nails or feet ever again one lady was entirely too rough on my toes and the other lady did my nails she put wayyy too much powder on them and all of the nails are uneven it took her like 2 hours to do a basic one color short full set

Jennifer did my nails, she did a great job! I got gel nails with foil wrap design and gel pedicure. It’s going on 4 weeks and the nails are still holding up! Keep up the good work Jennifer! The receptionist was nice as well!
