This. Place. Is. Amazing. I’ve been coming here since mid teens (I’m now almost 30). The male (I never learned his name 🙇🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️) always does my nails and I am ALWAYS impressed. I live in west Chester now and STILL drive all the way to BK for my nails!

Way below expectation and standard. Don't waste your money or time on a business that does not value customer service. This experience was a joke. Maybe I had a touristy look and they thought I was clueless about what to expect. I simply came in for a manicure and pedicure, that's it. From the moment my feet was placed in pedicure tub she was ready to rip open the "spa treatment" , I replied no I don't need it, then she looks at the bottom of my feet and replies "it's good for your feet " I replied again, I don't need it, just a regular manicure and pedicure. Then she tried to sell me another treatment for $5, I replied "no I'm okay". Basically my my pedicure was a quick scrub, maybe five strokes. She did cut my toe nails as asked, she didn't push my cuticles back or clip or clean on the sides of my toe beds. She tried to compensate with massaging my feet. I called her out on her service, paid for my pedicure and went down the block to Sammy Nails for my manicure. Better service, better nail polish choices, warmer, cleaner and more organized.
