This store always has new management and does not maintain its self. The manager a couple times before was very very lousy and they charge a high price for poor quality

Horrible!!!
First of all when we walked in we had to wait quite a while because the we're having problems with payment I assume. They knew their machine was broken but they failed to inform us that the card machine was broken. So we went through our entire pedicure, and then at the end they struggled with the card machines and we had to end up going out and getting cash. This whole experience took forever!! We had been here for an hour and 30 mins and then we had to go get cash to pay. They also falsely advertise pedicures for $18 dollars and then charge $23 for a regular pedicure. I suggest going to la rosa nails or crystal nails right across the street.

Best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been going here for about 5 months now and I have never left disappointed. The prices are great for the quality of the service. Le does my nails and ahe does an absolute amazing job. I will always go to Carpe Diem Nails.

The ambience is very relaxing .

I will not go any place else..i am very Picky and i love the SNS technique..i always love how my nails look!
