Recently we had a photo shoot in JCPenny portraits. I preferred here due to great photo deal. We got amazing family pictures. I really don't want to discuss in detail, but we got 20+ pictures(soft copies), 10 hard copies for reasonable price.

I have always liked JCP. I have bought tons of things from them even when they struggled as a retailer. They always have unique stuff that peaks my interest and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them especially for families. They have a broad range of school items and clothing.

Great deals! You will need a whole day to sift thru the racks... almost never enough associates for the customers there on the weekends.

Not that great of an experience. The place was a mess! Shoe dept. was in complete disarray! No AC on one of the hottest days this year! Managment should be fired for letting their store look like it did...

The store staff put a wrong address on the shipping slip. We found and called JCpenny on the same day but were told it can’t be fixed. We called 5 times in three days, got all kinds of different excuses (like their system won’t allow address change, UPS hasn’t received the product, later UPS can’t change address - yeah so absurd) the company just can’t fix this mistake made by their own staff. Worst customer service ever. No wonder JCpenny is closing so many stores. Won’t shop there anymore.
