Since k nails was sold to Wendy and her husband the quality of service has gone down. There are new nail techs every time I go there. I had one today that spoke no english and she had an attitude that would not quit because she was frustrated because she did not understand. I told her to stop my pedicure because I wanted 3 nail colors and she did not understand. Wendy came to explain it to her. Its bad enough I had to pay 3.00 more for the 3 colors, but to let her finish my feet and she did my hands was more than I wanted to happen. I gave 1 star because Wendy actually tries to make things better. I will not go back to this nail shop ever again, It is really going down hill. This is the 2nd less than quality service I received. They will not get a 3rd chance.

My first time visiting and I was amazed at the service I got! I got a pedicure, the guy took his time and did my feet to perfection. I also got my eyebrows done and they were beautiful! I was very pleased with my overall experience.

I love going here! I’ve been a customer of Wendy for a very long time and she does an amazing job on my nails eyebrows and pedicures!! I love her! And people should come support! She is the best nail tech!!

I love this shop. Everybody in here is really nice and has great customer service. Wendy is my favorite. She does the best nails n eyebrows as well. I recommend this shop to anyone.

The worse experience of getting my nails done 2 cuts one nail not even glued down properly. Polish not properly applied. Rude wouldn't speak. Tried to insist i get a color i didnt want put the color i wanted back the cut and shaping could be better the design is not ok because i like my design neat and fresh as well as my polish i have to go else where to get them fixed one day cause they definitely wont tell me if they fix i pay i won't except that because i already paid whoever the mute of a individual clearly who did this job that they can't perform
