I had a great experience today! I wish I got my nail Tech’s name but she was phenomenal. I had some concerning areas on toe nails and have bad ingrown nails. She cleaned my nails up exceptionally, without making it too painful and was such a sweet woman. I have lived in the springs for two years and have struggled finding a good nail spa. I am so excited to have found this gem!

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for an overlay and Pedicure. My nails look like my 4 year old son did them. I asked the man doing my nails if he could fix my right hand because the nails were much longer than my left hand and he told me no! He said my nails were fine. The kid doing my pedicure cut my nails all the way to the quick. It was an all around horrible experience. I definitely won’t return and I would recommend you save your money for a salon that actually cares about the quality of their work.

My daughter and I went here to have our nails done for a wedding. Apparently service is hit or miss. The woman that did my daughter's nails did ok, but not great. The woman who did mine was terrible! She nipped one finger with the clippers, and cut several others with the edge of the file. She failed to push back my cuticles, and left gaps in the acrylic at the nail edges. The layers of acrylic are uneven, and rough in places. All in all, a terrible experience. I would love to take them off, but can't until all of the cuts heal.

WAY overpriced. I have NEVER been charged for gel removal. I went for a basic pedicure with Gel. I was expecting to pay $35 and was charged $50 for ONE BASIC pedicure. It’s been less than a week and the gel polish is starting to peel off of my toes.
