Great service. Beautiful, classy place right down town. Staff is very accommodating, use natural products. Were able to get my hair the perfect shade of light pink- no easy feat- and it stayed for months! Do not expect it to be mall cheap- these are true professionals.

I came here to get a simple root touch-up -- listed at a starting price of $55 on their website -- and my stylist, Brittany, admitted that she did not know how to do the kind of shadow root that I preferred. I said that was okay, I just wanted my color to blend in with my roots so the outgrowth wouldn't be as noticeable. What I received were uneven, streaky highlights that did not remotely blend with my natural color, front pieces of hair that were fried so badly they split off, and an all-over toner applied to my hair that I didn't ask for, but was charged an additional $20 to get, which turned my golden blonde silver. Then, to add insult to injury, I was informed that the total cost was $155, nearly triple what I had originally anticipated to pay. I made it patently clear that I wanted a root touch-up, and Brittany either made an honest mistake in communicating ineffectively the cost of her services or chose to take advantage of a college student who wouldn't want to argue the price. My advice is to stay far from this salon, seriously.
