Yesterday was my first time going to this place. I called initially to make an appointment. I ended up missing my time and called again to make sure I can still come. They said it was okay. I went there and was greeted immediately and seated immediately. I had the pleasure of having tony as my nail tech. He was very sweet. He was professional and took his time. He made sure he didn’t hurt me and was very attentive to detail. I told him a couple times what a great job he was doing. My first time going there and I will be back! Thank you for a great experience.

Made a pedicure appointment, as requested. I showed up 5 minutes early and was taken back at my appointment time. Attendant filled bowl, as expected and soaked for several minutes before tech came to perform my pedicure. I asked for a milk and honey pedi, and I was told that she might not have time because I didn’t request specific pedi when I made reservation. I wasn’t asked, so how would I know?? After she checked her time, she came back and said someone would be with me shortly. All in all, I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come, but they never did. I walked out and will never return.

I love this place close to my home very friendly and quick! Sun is amazing and the sweetest ever. Place is also very clean.

I came here today because the place I would normally go is closed on Sundays. Anticipating a busy crowd, I got there when they opened and was taken back right away. I had the pleasure of having my pedicure and gel fill in done by Winston. I haven't had a regular nail tech in so long, but I have found one in him! He was super friendly, did not rush through any process, and put a third coat of polish on my nails when I asked because the color was a little pale and had some spotting. He made the effort to make sure he was not hurting me at any point throughout my services. Once I was done, I immediately made an appointment with him to come back. I was very satisfied with the salon environment. Thank you, VOX Nails and Winston for a great experience!

I scheduled a same day appt for a pedi and underarm wax...was greeted at the door, they were professional, friendly and most importantly, CLEAN!! Jenny was my tech and she was AMAZING!! Best pedicure I’ve had in YEARS!! I will be going to her from NOW ON! 🤩🤩
