The inconsideration of paying clients time is ridiculous. My appointment was at 4pm and they literally put in a spa chair to have my soak feet for 30min because no one was available to do my pedicure. So why the hell did you make my appointment for 4pm??? Then they don't provide a reason I just politely put my shoes back on and left. Never ever ever come here. The manager does not know how to be a Manager and provide customer service. It took her 30min to come tell me 5 more minutes after she saw me putting my shoes on like come on.
