It was all great for a while. They were nice and I went to them for months. The issue I had with them was...my nails fell off after a few days, twice. Once in January and once in May. Going back to repair them was uncomfortable. They all spoke in their language for a while as if it was my fault they fell off. The nail tech just seemed upset. After I repaired two nails, another fell off that evening and then 3 fell off a couple of days afterwards. I went for the second time to get them repaired and since my nail tech wasn't there, they denied my business. I'm on a tight schedule because of the type of job I have. I've gotten my nails done for 3 years, nails just don't fall off.

Service was great! The workers were professional and courteous. I am very pleased with the way my nails, toes and brows turned out!

Gave this place several chances since the location is convenient for me. The quality of work isn't good, they pay attention to the first coat but the second coat is done quickly and the polish doesn't cover the whole nail so you can see the layers of polish. Once the lady wasn't paying attention and buffed a bunch of skin off the top of my toe. I still have a scar.

Super clean, busy, bright, thorough, efficient. Highly recommend calling to make an appointment, even if it's last minute. Lots of extra pampering choices to choose from while sitting on a massage chair. They offer complimentary beverages.
