They're such nice people. They do great work and always make you feel welcomed! If you're looking for something specific, they sure can do it and never disappoint!

I wish I didn't have to leave a starred rating at all. 2 stars is based off of a non-interaction experience!!! For starters, I feel that every business should have a simple website if not anything else. Usually, when an establishment has no website I pass them by. If you cannot spend the time to interact with your consumers so they can get to know you and your services beforehand, you're not worth the time. But, the were a few decent reviews online that say otherwise, and I'm always looking for the greatest foot massage and paint job. So, I take my chances. I get to the small town of Pittsboro using the Davie address provided by Google. The destination is a house with no signs up. I circle the block a few times as maybe I'm off in a new location - no luck. I call the shop surprisingly, they moved. No problem! What's the address? This is another flaw that's irritating. Business owners, personnel, regular clients, etc. Update shop information everytime there is a major change. Don't slack off because your content with FB, Yelp, and word-of-mouth advertising; or, your current clientele know what's happening. The rest of the world does not. Currently they have two different addresses listed online, neither of which were provided by the receptionist. Now that I have the new address (which isn't too far from the old location), I can't find it.10 minutes of driving up and down this narrow street for the destination to point to a tree on the curb. Okay, maybe I'm off. After getting stopped by a young woman who was gardening on that street asking if I needed help, she kindly gave me directions to 1st Nail and Spa. Did I call them back to find the location? Nope! For what? There was no display sign of the shop, nearby locals had no clue there was a nail shop near their businesses, and unless it's another house no street number to lead the way. No tell-tale signs of existence at all. Well that's your fault! - Alright, from the discrepancy about the website. If you don't have the time to make sure your client base has the correct information, why am I going to break my neck or back for you? It's not about all I had to do was call, it's about consistency and how a business handles their day-to-day operations. If you slack in one area, that leads for a chain effect. The reviews on other websites are great yet they're non-existent none the less. Real people want real feedback. A FB liked page ain't it. Nor are a few Yelp reviews. Would I try locating or contacting this business again, no. It's not worth the time, and confusion.
