Been going here since Brenda opened and they do a wonderful job. I have full sets, fills, and pedicures at different time and have had nothing but good come of it.

THE WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! I went in for a gel manicure the guy was very nice but the three women in there were extremely rude! There were 3 of us getting our nails done 2 adults and a child. The lady who did the child manicure was very rude EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY and the polish was put on very unevenly. The other adult who had her nails done had uneven layer as well and the gel was all over her fingers. The design she requested was not done because the manicure lady refused to get up and find the color request so she picked what she felt was best! Very sloppy work for those two the day of! When it came to my manicure I was at first skeptical when I showed the design to the lady as she didn't seem confident in it. As she started she was rough and very disrespectful. The further into the manicure I got the worse it became. The design I had selected looked nothing like the design painted on my nails! I too had gel down my fingers and all over my skin. As the days progressed my nails began to peel, my nails do NOT grow fast at all matter of fact there was not growth at all. The gel was getting stuck in my hair and clothing and began to peel off. At first it was just one nails then 2, 3 and 5. Then they all had major issues I called in to speak with them. As I told them the issue they refused to listen to me and told me I was wrong. That I didn't know what I was talking about. I called because I wanted an explanation as I do not work in an industry that requires a lot of work with my hands that would damage my nails, not because I wanted a free manicure. The only thing I heard from the woman I spoke to was, I was wrong it was impossible for my nails to do this. I must have done it myself. She claimed there was nothing she could do and that they would not look at them to see what the issue could have been. I know not everyone is perfect but when your customer calls to ask what happened with their nails and why the quality was horrible don't accuse them of something that happened because of your poor quality. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY!! WALMART DOES BETTER QUALITY WORK THAN VIP NAILS IN FARGO ND!

I got a terrible gel manicure here. The manicurist was not very friendly and she did not wait long enough to soak my previous gel completely off...she sanded it off with one of the manicure tools. She was not careful to file my nails into the correct shape, to keep the gel from flooding on to my skin, removing air bubbles, getting the color even and not streaky, wiping off the sticky residue, or putting cuticle oil on after. To top it off, she blew her nose and did not wash her hands before finishing my nails. I paid $25 for a gel manicure that looks terrible and started lifting when I got home.

I went here for a shellac manicure and she got polish on multiple cuticles. When I tried to carefully scrape dried shellac off skin, it loosened the nail and she charged me to fix her mistake
