I went there on August 14th approximately 12 noon and the Lady working lied to me about a service they offered and told me to come back at 130pm when I went back the store was closed. I took my lunch break went back at 2pm and the store was still closed. I called another Metro location who assisted me. I would suggest not coming to this location if they are unorganized and the employees open and close the store at their convenience. 10/15/19 the employee who was involved in this situation was let go several weeks ago. Thank you metro for listening to your customers and trying to provide the best service to your customers.

Cristina help me out with an issue I had with my phone. I was trying to make a call to Washington and the call didn't go through. She was so kind and helpful. great customer service

Stephany is great. She got me a new phone with a case and tempered glass. Fast and very kind customer service. I would recommend this place.
