Not impressed! I expect them to really get under my nails cut the cuticles and dead skin off! Not here you get a nail cut,file,and color extra $3 for color &they don’t use a clear base or top coat. Won’t go back my toes still hurt bc they didn’t get under not to mention it was $35 dollars

OVERALL: I HAD TO PAY EXTRA AND MY MANICURE LOOKS HORRIBLE.
It started off great. They people were kind. I got a mani pedi together to save a few bucks. The girl that started my pedicure was awesome. She was SO nice and close to my age so we had a great conversation. Just before she started painting my toes someone switched with her which I thought was really weird, it upset me because I then had to tip two people... I went in with just enough money to tip one person not two. Then when the girl did my manicure she botched cutting my nails. They're all uneven. Some are square. Some are round... they were closing and I needed to get home so I didn't bother complaining. This salon is the closest to my house. Will not go again.

These people are wonderful! It is family owned and operated, along with other speciallly selected staff. Everyone is very talented. The facility is small but the wait is minor if at all, except for the times that tourists are in town which can fill them to the limits. I opt to go there during non peak times. They are without a doubt, the very best in the area for pedicures and manicures. They have waxing and other services too. I have tried other places and I continue to come back to Pretty Nails again and again.
