I went in on 2/12 and honestly did not have the best experience/results. It was my first time getting my nails done here as I would at times get a simple pedicure only. Given Valentines Day was approaching, I can only assume that the nail techs were pretty worn out.
I reached out to the salon 4 days later about my unsatisfaction and they were quick to have me come in to resolve the issue. Staff was still friendly, welcoming, and even apologetic. The nail tech was attentive to detail and was able to correct the issue.
I am satisfied with the results now and feel more comfortable and confident in my nails. I appreciate the customer service and appreciate that the staff not making it awkward unlike most nail salons. To sum it up, it was just an off day which is okay. I would come back for sure.

I was happy with everything. The place and the staff. Still new to me but I will go back again.
