My nail tech Khoa did an amazing job. I brought in a bunch of different pics from pinterest of what look I was trying to achieve. He listened, helped me narrow it down, and it turned out great. He was very kind and patient and the work turned out amazing. I'll definitely go back!

First and last visit to this place. Was in a hurry, or I would have made the drive to Green Hills to visit my regular salon, now I know better. Needed a basic pedicure w/gel removal. The salon was busy, but they were able to seat me right away. Honestly, that might be the only good thing I have to say about my visit. Starting with the gel removal, I've been to salons that will hand file and soak and others that will drill gel off. I don't mind either approach for pedicures as long as the tech is careful. This tech was not careful. He immediately loses control of the drill (with a bit I suspect was too coarse for what he needed, anyway), and cuts open my toe. Great. So now I'm bleeding and he's trying to fix it and none of this would have happened if he'd been using the correct tools in the first place. Unfortunately it doesn't get much better. He files and clips too short on some nails and not enough on others, he uses the large metal grate on my heels without asking (my feet only ever need a pumice stone to get rid of dead skin), and I'm pretty sure he didn't use a topcoat after polishing my toes. So I've been cut and all for a less than mediocre pedicure. HOWEVER the cherry on top is when he grabs my hand to look at my manicure from my regular salon. He asked if it was dip powder (it was) and asks to look AS HE IS ALREADY GRABBING MY HAND. Big fat no no right there, I don't like being touched outside of services being rendered (I'm that lady that flinches when the yoga teacher touches me unexpectedly) and especially not my hands. I paid and tipped (because I'm not a dick), but I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else going there.

Me and my family have been going to this salon for 4 years now, and we still have no complaints on how they run things

This place exceeded my expectations. I haven’t gotten my nails done in over a year because the last place I went to did such a terrible job. I’ve read reviews abt this place and have had a few of my friends recommended Lavender nails, plus it’s rigbt down the street from where I reside so why not give them a shot. They have earned a lifetime customer. As soon as I walked in a was greeted and seated to get started on my nails. I showed the lady a picture of what I would like (style/color) and she told me the price and picked the perfect color that resembled the color in the picture I brought in. She TOOK HER TIME at PERFECTING my nails. The atmosphere was so laid back and inviting. This is the ONLY nail salon that I’ve been to that didn’t have attitudish workers or rushed nail services. Another customer came in and one of the workers addressed her by her name. Lol that’s how I’m trying to be. They are so friendly and know exactly what they are doing. I’m literally sitting in the parking lot of lavender nails and writing this review because I’m so happy with the time and effort they took with doing my nails. Thanks again Lavender Nails!

I went to this nail shop because my regular shop was closed. I got gel polish on both my Hands and toes, along with manicure and pedicure. I paid close to $100 for the services. Not even a day later, the polish on my nails were cracking! I decided not to go back and deal with it. A week later now, my left big toe started peeling polish. I looked down at it and not only is it peeling polish off, but also taking my nail with it! Not even sure if I’ll have half of a toenail when it comes all the way off! I am livid. No I did not have fungus or anything prior and I regularly get gel mani/pedi every two weeks. I am disgusted in this service. And am worried about my toenail! Do not come here!
