This nail salon was horrible. I went here for a refill & to fix a broken nail. First off, the wait was over a half an hour. The acrylic was starting to lift by the day after. The broken nail the owner fixed fell off by the second day. She also left nail polish on my fingers. Don’t waste your time or money here! I would’ve given 0 stars if I could.

I wanted an acrylic soak off and gel manicure. I usually try to avoid the owner because she’s rough, oftentimes rude and does terrible work. I got her but it was late and I just wanted to get out. First off, she tore my nails off instead of soaking them the way I asked. It was the worst take off of my life. I was bleeding on 3 nails from the take off and then every other product she put on nails burned. The gel manicure was lumpy and she tried charging me $38. I’ve had bad experience after bad experience at this salon. This will be my absolute last time stepping in there.

The manager can be quite off puting at times...reason for only 4 stars. However the best nail tech I have ever had ( Cindy) works there and it is worth going here. Have never come out with out a perfect nail service at a very reasonable price

I have never been so disgusted with a business establishment in my life! Me and my sister went there to get the deluxe manicure and pedicure and were told to wait 30 min and they could get us in. After waiting 45 minutes we asked how much longer and we're told by the main owner that they have appointments now and would no longer take us. Not only did they turn us away after making us wait but were extremely rude and disrespectful about he whole situation. We ended up going to 90's nail salon which is also in the mall who were extremely accommodating and did a great job.

I went there today and they did a terrible job and they charged me $45 for this garbage.
