I had the worst experience. The name of the man that did my nails was either “Jone” or “Joan” I believe and he was terrible. He rushed on my nails and gave my nail care no attention. He was always playing with his coworkers while doing my nails and walking off just to go around and talk to others instead of finishing. He made two of my fingers bleed while filing and did not even polish my nails completely. It is the next day (DAY 2) and my polish is peeling off. This is a second time occurrence and I am finding a new location for better quality service.

I took a chance by trying a new salon because mine is not open on sundays. It was a mistake. After just 2 weeks my gel nails were peeling. I went back to ask for them to be fixed and they practically threw all the colors in front of me to find mine with no assistance. They gave me no customer service what so ever when they realized I was not there for full service. After not being able to locate either colors I asked for a discount if I did full service as my nails hardly lasted 2 weeks. I didn’t spend $150 for 2 weeks. Without hesitation she said ‘no’, and walked away. With that I left.

I decided to wait until I went here atleast 3 times to see if I would continue to regularly go to this salon. So far every time that I went here, I let a different person handle my nails and pedicure to see if I need to pick a particular person but I didn't need to do that. Every person that has done my nails so far has done exactly what I wanted. Im never waiting for long to be serviced so that's a plus. I love the vibe in there, its so calm and chilling with complimentary refreshments. I always get SNS on my nails and I love. They have tons of sns colors to offer compared to the other places that I have been too. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer.

First let's start by saying, all of this customer service that everyone is saying is great is very fake, because when you are not happy with your service you are treated with the utmost disrespect. I was told that I should expect regular polish, OPI polish to come off of acrylic nails within 4 days. As if I've never gotten my nails done before ever in life, before there was any SNS or a nexgen. Lynn is very rude and disrespectful and should honestly retire and give her job to Lily because she has no purpose there. The shop ran move Saturday without her. Blamed the Polish wearing off on me and not the quality of the nail tech who did my nails who was herself, very rude on Saturday. There is no way in life I would ever step foot in or around this place. You never can get the same person to do your nails there is always a 20 minute wait. If you are a price conscious person they will hate you. If you value your dollar do not patronize this establishment.

The owner is always rude! If you have a problem with your service she gets mad and will try to charge you extra for correcting the mistake. I go to the same person every time I go, I came in and my nail tech was available and she wouldn’t let her do my nails. She told me that it doesn’t matter that I drive 40 mins away to come to this nail salon. Wow! I could give 30 other places my business and she responds like that. I will never come back!
