It looks very nice & everyone was nice. I went in to get eyelashes & my eyebrows done. The last time I only paid approximately $45-50 dollars for lashes. This time I was shocked when I got to the desk & was charged $147. I should've asked more questions about the pricing before I made this purchase. Also, I should've went with the cheaper lashes because they stayed in no matter what! But these started falling out five days later no matter how well I took care of the them. Wow, bought lesson & very disappointed.

The place is very nice and the staff was kind. The nails are uneven and there was still color left over form my last manicure that wasn't removed. I am also very disappointed because after not even a full day they are started to chip. This was in no way a professional manicure. I suggest you go elsewhere because there are much better shops in the city.

My pedicure was very nice, and all of the staff was very friendly, but the quality of my nails are terrible. They are mishaped, uneven, and I definitely did not get what I wanted in comparison to my reference picture, and I multiple cuts. These things ruined the experience. Felt like a waste of time and definitely my money.

Today 3 of us visited VIP nails. One of the ladies has a prosthetic leg. It took her a long time to feel comfortable to go to a nail salon. We all got the same pedicure. They started two of us right away and didn’t start hers until ours was more than halfway done... and they finished hers before ours. Makes sense given they only have one foot to do a pedicure on. She didn’t even ask for nail polish because she cannot paint on her prosthetic to match. We went to checkout and they charged her the full amount, $56 for one foot - no polish. After asking and them saying no multiple times they reluctantly deducted $10. It was very embarrassing for my friend, as well as, upsetting. I will no longer visit this salon.
