I am very disappointed with Pro Nails. This was my first time and I got the powder on my real nails. My technician never asked me how long I wanted my nails. He did ask the shape and did a good job of shaping them although he was not gentle and made me bleed. He never said sorry. All salons do things in a different order so I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he would ask eventually. When he was done shaping and started moving on to the next step, I asked if he could at least file my thumbs to be a little shorter. I like medium length nails as the long ones bother me, but like them to have some length. He takes out the dremmel and holds my nail up to it at a 90° angle and takes it down to basically no length. I was in shock. I have never ever seen this done before. Then he proceeded to do the rest of my fingers so quickly that I couldn’t stop him even though I only wanted the thumbs shorter. He barely put any effort into filing them again even and they ended up being a completely different shape. THEN as he was putting on the top coat, I noticed a dark fleck on one of the nails. I really try to avoid having people redo things but this was going to bother me. I asked him if he could file it down and remove it and he acted like he couldn’t even see it. Another woman helped tell him what to do to fix it. To top it all off, the top coat was not applied thick enough and more than half of my nails dried with a weird smooth bumpy texture. What started as an evening of treating myself prior to a big event this weekend, turned into me having stub nails I don’t like which will take months to grow back out. I already want to get them redone. Please do not go to Pro Nails.

…Just got my end of summer pedicure at Pro Nails. Ten happy toes! Been going there for years - Lindsey & crew are the greatest. Give them a try…

I paid a lot of money to get my nails and toes done. Been going for a few months now but won’t be back. I had some trouble with one of the guys who works there and wanted my nails taken off and redone and I got horrible service after this incident with this guy. My nails were not professional looking at all and after a week of getting a fresh new set put on, three of my nails started coming off. Literally the whole acrylic nail came off and was poorly done. I don’t know what the guys name was but he was extremely rude, he had tattoos on his upper right arm. However lulu, Tom, and Sam treated me great. Overpriced for terrible quality of nails. Will not be back!! I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE, save your money and go else where that’s actually worth it and where people treat their high paying customers with respect.

This is probably my go to salon. I've been trying other places nearby but this is my favorite so far. Everyone is extremely friendly and there isn't a long wait. What attracted me the most to this salon was the price I will definitely be back!

This my favorite spot to have my eyebrows waxed. It has a nice, clean, and spacious environment as well as friendly staff. I highly recommend checking it out!
