I wanted layers. That's it. I specifically asked if they knew how to cut natural curly hair since I had just cut my hair the previous week somewhere else and they messed up on it too. So I knew what to ask to make sure a second cut won't get messed up too, but of course, just my luck, they screwed up too. The girl made TWO layers on my hair. Bottom half, and Top half. Cut straight across. Smh. Never again!

I have been here a few times and had my husbands hair cut, they do okay on men's hair. No complaints there but, on my hair that is kind of course and wavy, which is challenging hair anyway, they didn't do so good. (normally I pay 50.00 at a salon in downtown Santa Rosa called the Chandelier Salon and I LOVE Bridgett there, she is amazing!) but I was trying to save some money and I am not pleased. The woman that cut my hair took very large sections and did not blend hardly at all. In some sections when I blow dry now it feels like they were not even cut ( I have many layers). I am not happy.
