I came to this place because of the reviews, but what a mistake. So slow, and I'm not being picky, the lady was very nice but very slow. The water for my pedicure was cold. They took someone without an appointment before me. The work was mediocre at best. Very nice ladies but my nails do not look good. If you're looking for a place look somewhere else.

Horrible costumer service. The second time I went there a so-called Vincent treated me horribly and shamed me for being a "little kid". Only go here if you want to be treated badly. Also, he does not know how to paint nails. My nails were painted on my skin, not just my nails and the paint fell off 2 days after

Miracle Nails is a great nail salon with high quality nail polishes and an amazing staff. The location is absolutely prime- it is in Miracle Mile and an awesome location where you can eat lunch/dinner before or after you get your nails done! The quality of the manicures/pedicures is superb, and they really value their customer. I always feel welcome there and I have established a relationship with the staff. The price is very reasonable and you get your money's worth. 10/10 highly recommend
