I was displeased with my service. The technician I had was named Fort and he was rude to say the LEAST. He rushed on my nails, he messed them up while painting them and then blamed me for the mess up. I asked him to fix them and he refused. I talked to the manager and they said he fixed them when he did not, he being the manager, proceeds to touch my nails and then smudges the polish. Finally they had someone come and fix them ..she was very polite and she made sure I was happy with them before moving on to the next customer. This nail salon operates like an assembly line, they want your money but get you in and out quick ..regardless of how big the business is, number of customers coming in or waiting, customer service is key and if I pay my money for a service, it should be done correctly and I shouldn’t be treated rudely because I want it done the right way.

Runs hot and cold. Good pedicures for the most part, but even when they put your feet in hot water it could be another 30 minutes before anyone actually starts on you. My nail tech, Nick is the very best on acrylics, but sometimes with their scheduling it can take 3 hours for a pedi and fill, while I wait... and wait... If you have a half day to kill, then enjoy! Best to never come on Saturday...

Haven't found anyone who does such a great job on acrylic nails as Ryan does!! Hes the best!

I've been going to this establishment for about 2 1/2 years. There are some who are really good, some that will pad your bill with unrequested add ons, and some that are using you strictly for training. I've used the same person for over two years and always made appointments due to severe medical conditions. Now, I learn they only take appointments on Tuesday and Wednesdays. If you ask questions, they conveniently forget their English and forget getting the credit they promise if they make a mistake. I should change, but the one I use is really good and does exactly what I ask. I will look for a new establishment, once again, and see if I can re-train someone to do what I want and pay for.

Getting very displeased with VIP nails, been going to them for years and they get a lot of my money as far as eyebrows, nails, pedicures on pretty much regular basis and was very pleased with the business at first but here lately not too pleasing. The only reason that keeps me going back is because of the pedicures. Today being a Monday so it wasn’t too busy given they are usually busy, but I got pedicure first which was fine, then got my eyebrows done which was ok, then got nails done last. And let me say this if getting both nails and feet done they don’t give you time to decide on what you want for your nails because they trying to rush you to go and get pedicure and tell me to wait afterwards. So this is what they do all the time if you get both done. So today I’m deciding what to get for my nails, which is SNS powder and they all insists and recommend it all the time saying it is better it last long but sometimes it does and sometimes it don’t but that’s another issue depending on which technician do it. So with me going on a regular basis the options runs to where there’s not too many to choose from. So I finally said I don’t really see one I want I’ll just wait just soak off my previous SNS nails and I’ll just wait. To maybe somewhere else to see what options they had. She said no, no let’s try to find you one, I’m trying to be patience with her and not be rude so she still trying to choose me one each one that was chosen they were out of the color. So she said let’s try to find you one. They end up having the color “that she chose, not me” but I told her again I really didn’t see no colors right now for what I prefer right now, I would rather soak off the nails and wait and go somewhere else and see if they had other color options. She get to my nails and she cuts off the tips and tell me you have nails growing from under there ( but wasn’t long at all just the normal little growth from what happens when you get you nails done and they grow a little) so she said let me cut these off it will be better with your natural nails. Mind you I came with nail tips on with the SNS powder and all she had to do is fix it put on more tips like I told her I would rather have and she still convincing me it will be better. So I left with my short nails and no tips of what I told her and a color I didn’t want, So my nails looks like just a regular like manicure with no nails. I was not pleased at all and I told her that she said it’s ok it looks good. Never offering me any input at even while I’m telling her I don’t like it before she even got done because she could of stop and try to fix it for. I started to take it up with management but they act like they don’t understand antything of what you trying to tell them and then I would like look I’m trying to be a difficult customer but as a customer dealing with business you go with what the customer wants that you pay for not what they want for you. they want get more business from me.
