This place is a work in progress. Currently Undergoing renovations .. Plenty of business opportunities here for those looking to lease out suites ... for retail business purposes... Secured officers .. NEW restaurants Have recently opened here ... And store are still servicing customers well through the renovations this will be a wonderful transformation.. Currently Not too many Hot Stores keeping the place busy . but this Area, is Worth it to keep it Open and Running

This mall has changed so much since I was a kid. I like the changes and can't wait to see what it's going to look like when finished. I went to the smoothie shop. Very good even without added sugar.

Adding Tropical Smoothie, Wing Stop and Chipotle would have given this review 4 stars. But...
I think they need to do a major renovation on the inside. They need more stores that people are very familiar with to attract more customers.
The amount of trash I see in the parking lot is disgusting. The police need to write tickets for littering because it's really out of control.

I brought my Christmas tree from here.. And I love it! Kerry made an incredible Christmas experience for me and my family!
It's the old fashion Christmas pick out! I was so very beautiful!

Iverson Mall. They are keeping it up the best they can and have major renovation plans for the near future.
