I left feeling pretty neutral about this salon. Some friends of mine are more used to more budget friendly nail salon and we heard this was the place to go. We arrived and it was pretty busy, which was to be expected with how many people recommended this spot. We waited, and were seated at work stations after probably 15 minutes. We continued to wait at these stations while others were worked on in the meantime. We were given complimentary wine, which was definitely a plus. It made us more chatty so time passed fairly quickly, but before we knew it, we had been sitting and waiting to be worked on for an hour. Another woman came in with an appointment and had to leave because she was asked to wait, which is not a good look considering the majority of us were there by walk in. By the time we were all finished with our nails, we had been there for nearly 2 hours. The nails looked good, but my nails were slightly aching, a sign of too much grinding with the drill. For the price and the fact that they offered complimentary wine, it is worth it. On the flip side, I have had quicker service elsewhere and my nails have looked and felt better afterward.

Very nice place. Usually a wait but that's typical for all salons, and you're offered Sprite water or red/pink Moscato wine while you wait. My only issue is that the lady that did my manicure got a little rough and they were sore for a few hours. But they have Sunday hours and are hands down my favorite nail place in the area.

Very nice and friendly. I'm disabled and had no problems at all! Yes there is a bit of a wait but it's well worth it!

I NEVER write reviews, but I'm so unhappy right now and its hard to find a good nail salon in the Clarksville/Oak Grove area. With that said: I have never had a problem with this place and recommend it to people all the time...that is, until today. If you're going to go here see Tom, he is by far the best. I called 2 days ago for a 10am appt. All I wanted was a gel polish change manicure. I walked in on time and the manager sat me in a soak for a solid 30 minutes. Never once gave me the polish color options and just moved on to 2 other customers while I sat there. When his wife (at least that what he told me) finally came over she was very pleasant but then did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. The polish color was supposed to be a darker purple-pink color with sparkles, it came out a bright magenta color and she told me in a couple of days the color will get darker and that the options are not always the right shade (never had a problem before). While there, there was some sort of internal turmoil going on between the manager and a worker, I assume it was over her having her phone and/or using her phone while working. The problem is they let this play out with a salon full of people and the poor woman was crying. I felt so bad for her, no need to embarrass her or reprimand her in front of everyone. When I talked to the manager on the way out about how unhappy I was with polish all around my nail, he said it was because my nails are short. Well, here's the thing. I dont keep my nails long, AT ALL. I don't like it one bit and 2 other techs there have NEVER had a problem. The lady today didn't even bother cleaning up my cuticles with anything but the nail file. At the end I've always gotten lotion on and she just skipped that, granted she changed me $25 instead of my usual $30, which it the only saving grace. I have never had such a bad experience and I'm so disappointed, right before 2 major events. Moral of the story: if you find a good nail tech, stick with them, even if you have to rearrange your whole schedule because they don't work when you actually have time.
