Oh my goodness, I love my freaking eyebrows! They are life changing. Charlene is amazing! She is truly talented & takes her time. She makes sure both eyebrows are PERFECT & walks you through each step to ensure that you approve of the shape & color. One of my favorite things about her is she does not use those "one size fits all" eyebrow stencils. Instead, she customizes your eyebrow shape & she takes into account your face structure, eyebrow bone structure & the natural growth of your hairs. It was my very time getting my eyebrows done; I did both my first session & my following touch up (8-9 weeks later). Both times, I had absolutely wonderful experiences. Charlene is personable, funny and makes you feel at ease. She also checks in to make sure how your pain tolerance is going & wants to make sure you're comfortable at all times.
Her salon space is also cute & very clean; she also makes sure to show you the unopened package of the sterile needle that she is about to use on you.
I've had people notice my eyebrows & they have even asked who did them cause they are on fleeeek.
I have absolutely zero regrets. I'm so happy that I put my trust into Charlene's hands. If you are looking for an eyebrow specialist who is a perfectionist, you will not be disappointed!

The experience was amazing! I was nervous, I felt comfortable..and excited for the outcome. Charlene was extremely acknowledgeable.. she took her time and loves what she does. You can see it in her work! I love my brows!

Got my eyebrows done there and i love it!!! It was my first time getting my eyebrows done and of course you hear of everyone’s speculations of getting your eyebrows tatted. She had answered all my questions and concerns beforehand and comforted me in making a decision, and of course I went through with it and couldn’t be happier! Her workspace and environment is clean and she’s very careful and takes all health and safety precautions with this pandemic going on. Then she walks you through the whole process and explains everything thoroughly of what she will be doing and how the pigmentations will come out. I truly enjoyed my experience there and would recommend anyone there!!

Beyond skilled! Charlene was meticulous in shaping my brows to compliment my face, she is super knowledgeable and professional. The entire experience was actually enjoyable because she is so fun to be around. I can't say enough but I am thoroughly satisfied and would recommend her to anyone who is even slightly interested!!!!

Charlene is an angel sent from the eyebrow gods themselves!
I never considered getting my eyebrows done before because I was always scared of the pain, but Charlene made me feel so comfortable & at ease throughout the whole process!
She’s so bubbly & such a joy to talk to that all your nerves go right out the window. It’s hard to be nervous when you’re having such a good time! She’s one of those people you talk to & it feels like you’ve known them forever, even though you’ve just met! AN ANGEL, I’M TELLING YOU!!
She walked me through step by step, even showing me the equipment she was going to use & she made sure I absolutely, 1000%, loved everything before moving on to the next step. She even lets you look at it half way through to make sure you like how it’s looking so far, & if there’s anything you’d like to fix. So amazing! Honestly, I was so happy half way through, she could’ve stopped & I would’ve been over the moon. But she’s a perfectionist & saw things I wasn’t able to see myself & I love that about her!
Once she started she started tattooing, she made sure to go slow & easy to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, but for me, the pain was a solid 2/10. For me the only scary part was the sound of the gun, but after a while you don’t even notice it.
This is the best decision I’ve ever made! I am SO happy with my brows! & I am so glad to have found Charlene!! Her work was definitely worth the drive from California!
Uneven & sparse brows? We don’t know her anymore! THANKS CHARLENE!!!
