Would give this place a 0 if possible. The worst job I’ve ever gotten. Asked for a acrylic remove and a manicure. The lady who I’m guessing is the owner because she is the one doing everything soaked my nails in nail remover for about 45 minutes without even putting lotion or something so my fingers would not dry up. When it came to the manicure she didn’t even cut my nails or remove the cuticles. Didn’t even soak my fingers in warm water after the acrylic was removed. The acrylic wasn’t even removed completely. There are still patches of acrylic on my nails. Worst place ever don’t waste your money and time in this place.

Horrible service, rude staff, awful owner. It was my first visit, so I just asked for a pedicure. In the middle of the pedicure, I was told if i pay extra, they will do my heals, otherwise not. I was irritated by the unprofessional behavior and rudeness, but didn't say anything and agreed for the extra cost. My feet after pedicure looked just like before, except for a quick and untidy brush of nail color. Then they over charged me and when I pointed that out, the owner lost it. I have NEVER EVER witnessed just unprofessional behavior, yelling, screaming, taking pictures, following. I was literally scared and just wanted to be out of that place. The owner and staff's behavior was absolutely unstable. My first time was my last time there. I AM NEVER EVER GOING NEAR THAT AWFUL PLACE.................EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a haircut and lady didn’t follow what I asked. I told her I don’t like it too short and she shaved my hair like military style. I even pointed to her where I want it short and told her don’t make it higher.
