I thought I found a new salon now that I live in this area, I was wrong. I had hopes of frequenting this salon often. My first visit was yesterday and in spite of being cut twice during a pedicure, I was going to return. However, the gel polish that the male tech was putting on my nails would not dry. He took it off 3 times and reapplied. It finally dried but it was lumpy. After I left I noticed the edges were lifting and the polish was starting to come off. Gel polish should not do this. I returned today in hopes of getting a polish change but with a different color. Every nail on my right hand is damaged. Obviously something is wrong with the color. Why would I pick the same color? I was told today that I would be charged for changing the color and that it was my fault the polish didn’t dry yesterday. I was also told that come customers just come back and want a polish change. I explained that I was not some customer and simply wanted the service that I paid 60 dollars for corrected. The lady still wanted to charge me 10 dollars to change my polish. To say the least I am upset. We spend so much money with these people and they don’t know or just don’t care about customer service. I will not return, they’ve lost a customer and should be ashamed of themselves.

Does great nails. Very polite. I love getting my nails done here , they never let me down. Katie does a great job!

My favorite nail stylist, Traci, moved to this shop and I moved with her. I have been pleasantly surprised by the shop’s cleanliness, friendliness, timeliness and reasonable cost for service. Many of the customers - like me - are regulars. I have never felt pressured to buy a service I did not really want. I encourage you to give the shop a try. You too may become one of its regulars!

The young lady that did my nails today on 3.23.19 did a horrible job. She was rushing and didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. I showed a picture of how i wanted my nails done and they look nothing like i asked for. After she was done my nails instantly look like they were done weeks ago. I will never go back there.
