I’m not sure why the reviews aren’t great for this place. The staff is so pleasant and they did a great job on my mani pedi! Reasonably priced too.

Went here to remove my nail extensions and was charged $25 +18% tip(mandatory). After paying the amount the nail technician over filed my nails with the drilling machine and I lost two of my nails completely. My nails were sensitive to cold and hot temperatures for over 3-4 weeks. Had to use nail Hardner and cuticle oil to have them grow back and strengthen. Very poor quality and non professional nail salon.

I went to do my gel manicure and the lady who did it was very aggressive! She was doing my nails like she’s doing a favor to me for free. I was afraid to ask her something because she was yelling at me. I said are u tired so she understood that she’s behaving rude and answered me : Of course I’m tired!!!! And they were talking to the other lady very loud in their language and the other lady was in the other corner. And I didn’t like my nails at the end, they were looking like I did it a week ago! I didn’t complained because I wanted to get out from there ASAP! And they all were old, I guess no patience for this job anymore. And prices are very high!

What seemed to be excellent customer service made a turn for the worst when the nail tech became dissatisfied with the amount I tipped her. I paid $110 for the nail service and tipped $10. That was the best I could do at that time giving the price etc. The nail tech became disgruntle and dismissive. She did not respond when I told her bye. She kept her head down. Fine! what made matters worst is that my thumb nail broke after having it for a week! Not by force it just broke! Never going back and do not recommend this place

I called ahead and made an appointment during work, stressing how speed was important.
I was nervous that the quality would have been overlooked, but I was wrong! Emma was so sweet and so efficient, and the nails came out great!
Definitely returning in two weeks!
