Great management. Jen & Keith go out there way to make sure everything is taken care of like, the other day Jen shoveled me a path to my car in all the snow when she didn't have to. Awesome chick! Keith and Jen defiantly make living @ forest park to feel like home.

I have been visiting friends here for a few years now and when the option to move in came about last month, honestly, I hesitated. The management had been pretty poor in the past and the reputation of the building was about the same. I did decide to move in and I could not have been happier with the decision to do so. I was surprised at the quality level and attentiveness from the newest managers Jen and Keith. There was an issue with my application but they both made time to meet with me and get it resolved. Personally, both have been above and beyond helpful and all around lovely people who seem to really have the tenants at heart. I feel blessed to have them as managers here and the change in the building and site in general is obvious to anyone who's seen it before. I'm glad I gave this place a shot, after all. Any need or matter, it's immediately addressed and taken care of. They seem to be always available when we need them. Those old reviews shouldn't scare you away if you're looking for a decent place. These two have really started turning it around. Thank you Jen and Keith!!!!

A great building. Jen and Keith are the on site managers, and they do a wonderful job keeping the place clean and well maintained. Any issues I have had were taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend moving here to anyone looking for a safe and pleasant place to call home.

Keith and Jen, the site managers are friendly, professional, and always willing to help out! The property has also improved a lot since the new care takers, Christopher and Mariah, have stepped up! Except for the elephants above me, this is a great place to live. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Forest Lake!

Jen and Keith are the best! They are extremely helpful, always available and always go above and beyond for all the tenants in the building. Thank you Forest Park II management for everything you do!
