My nail stylist was Tran (spelled wrong). Let me tell you! He was fantastic! I came to him with my nails a mess from a previous place. He did such a beautiful job! I hope you read this. You are amazing at what you do!!!

Relaxing, gave good advice for future foot care.

Vu did my nails today and he was awesome! The owner did my eyebrows and she was gentle and complementary. I really enjoyed being pampered there. Thanks 😜

I've been a long time customer for at least 3 years here however, there have been inconsistencies in the past two months. The staff has cycled through a few times and the quality is not as stellar as it once was. I always get a shellac/gel manicure and my eyebrows waxed every three weeks. I never had to be concerned with the skill set or the attention to detail before. I've been clipped at the fingernail tip skin twice now because people just start grooming without looking at my hands first. My worst experience was last weekend. It took over 1.5 hours for a cat eyes design. They claimed it was because the polish I chose did not reflect well. However, my nail tech must have reapplied polish on every finger at least 4-5 times because she couldn't figure out the magnet technique and kept touching the surface of my nail. She wasn't just being polite when she kept asking if I needed to be somewhere. The worst part of the appointment was when she waxed my eyebrows and I left the shop in intense pain. Both tops of my eyelids were either chemically burned by product or by wax that was too hot. The gal attempted to apply something soothing but it all did was sting and told me I just had sensitive skin. Sadly, I didn't think twice about it when I headed home just assuming it was normal. I now know that it was likely because the area was missing a layer of skin. After 2 hours went by it was still on fire and bright tomato red. I ended up using Neosporin for the next couple days because it was a wound at this point and my eyelids were very fragile. The skin around your eyes is so delicate! It finally began to scab up and peel. I called and spoke to the wife of the salon to let her know what happened. She apologized but tried to reason with me by saying the woman is new. I understand everyone starts as a newbie but it is not my responsibility to make sure staff is competent upon hiring. As a devoted client who always tips I expected a refund for my bad experience. The only thing that was offered was that she would pay for my Neosporin and personally do my waxes in the future. It's a huge disappointment but I don't believe I will be returning here anymore.
